Do OSHA regulations prevent a person from welding broken teeth back onto a saw blade? I need to see a source.?
My uncle runs a blade sharpening business and he was asked to weld teeth back onto a blade. He needs to know if this is okay. There MUST be a source.

- Not everything is in a regulation. Some things are left to the common sense of people in everyday life. That's why we have juries. When someone does something, like welding teeth onto a saw blade, and later someone is injured because the saw does not perform properly, the jury decides whether it was reasonable to try and fix the saw blade instead of replacing it. If I was on that jury, I would think that welding broken teeth onto a saw blade is a very bad idea.
