How can I find out if my employer is in violation of OSHA regulations?

the building is asealed refrigeration unit and they run propane powered sweepers the exhaust makes it hard to breath

1. Many factories have this type sweeper and even many forklifts. It is just the smell that is annoying, no physical harm.
2. OSHA usually comes into companies and does an "audit" on that sort of thing.
