What the the requirements for a small software development business to comply with OSHA regulations?

I manage a small software development corporation. I am told that we need to comply with OSHA regulations, and the business wants to sell me something. Do I need to purchase something other than the wall poster we purchased from Personel Concepts? Thank you for your assistance.
