1. probably check that all toys have appropriate batteries & lube, make sure all restraints have quick release features
2. Cleanliness, handicapped accessible, quarterly STD tests by a qualified physician, etc.

5. OSHA would not look much further than they would for a typical office environment, which is all a bordello would be to them. OSHA does not have rules that cover illegal activities. Where bordellos are legal, as in some Nevada Counties, they are covered by the Departments of Health.
