Do you know of a supreme court case that dealt with the Occupational Safety and Health Act?

I am doing a report for a college course in business, and I need to include a ruling on a case that involved the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970. This is the act that protects employees in ALL businesses from unsafe working conditions. I have been doing lots of online searches, but I can't get any results that give me a clear court case.

1. You might try searching under job related accidents. OSHA will usually end up citing a company for a work related fatality and it may end up in court. As far as supreme court, large companies might try to change an OSHA standard and it may end up in the supreme court. I would try OSHA Legal History? Sorry no specifics!
