Ever been fired in unlawful reprisal for seeking enforcement of the Ontario Occupational Health & Safety Act?

2. Never been to Canada.
3. Contact your province's labor board and file a complaint. Also, get a solicitor/barrister and see if he/she thinks your case is worthwhile to pursue. In CA, it's illegal to fire someone who makes a complaint about wrongdoing (retaliation).
