- Occupational Health has to do with health issuses related to occupation. So the ability to do ones job is involved. What does the company do. You would be required to handle issues related to the employees abilty to do their jobs and injuries sustained at their jobs. Might even include stress.
- Occupational health nurses provide treatment for job-related injuries and illnesses and help employers to detect workplace hazards and implement health and safety standards. http://www.bls.gov/oco/ocos083.htm Topics for these projects have included worker education and training, ergonomics, protection from toxic hazards, medical surveillance systems, regulatory compliance assurance systems, emergency response teams, and international travel and disease prevention. http://nurseweb.ucsf.edu/www/spec-oeh.htm This is a good one: http://www.highbury.ac.uk/Human%20Resources/documents/Nurse.pdf#search='occupational%20health%20nurse%20job%20description'
