What is the difference between an Associates of Applied Science and Associates of Occupational Health?

I am finishing up my BA in business and I am trying to shop online for culinary schools. Some of the schools have associates in applied science and some have associates in occupational health. But, the programs are the same. Le cordon blue culinary arts program. The difference anyone. Help?

  1. AAS is an applied technology degree. Occupational Health probably focuses more on safety related issues. I have only heard of AAS in Occupational Health, and I think that they mean the same thing...kinda like Nursing. They say Associate Degree in Nursing, but it's really an AAS in Nursing (or AS, depending on what program you go through)
  2. Associates degree will transfer Associate of Applied Science is usually a career program and does not transfer
