  1. To contact the epa in your area you would call (415) 947-8713, which is the office of Criminal Investigation.
  2. You may find these websites useful http://www.osha.gov/dcsp/osp/stateprogs/california.html http://www.epa.gov/region09/lib-hot.html I hope they help. BEST WISHES!
  3. They are listed in the telephone directory. However, I have tried phoning government agencies and they can put you on hold for over an hour. You have to figure a large portion of our tax dollars goes to pay that phone bill. They have offices in the Federal Building downtown in most major cities. Write a letter with whatever evidence you have of wrong doing. Write it carefully, rewrite it so it is real good, show to friends to help you improve it. Then head on in there in person. If the office looks like you will have to wait all day before seeing a real person, now you have the address to send to. I advise against e-mail or Internet usage ... I have used them to report stuff to the FBI, Secret Service, etc, and it is like talking to a brick wall.
  4. I would look in the phone book under US Government and see if they're listed.
  5. You are free to register a complaint with your local state Occupational Safety and Health agency. If you are an employee (don't know about former employees) you can request an inspection of the worksite. The agencies are often over-worked, so it may take a while for your complaint to be registered. But you do have a right to do so.
