My employer does not follow OSHA guidlines, and does not have any proper labor postings What do i do?

They do not follow many of the standards necessary as far as posters, guidlines, fair wages , Equal opportunity postings? Is there anything I can do anonymously in Massachusetts?

1. Do you not like your employer? Why are you trying to get them in trouble?
2. I'm not sure about Massachusetts but most OSHA posters say you can ask them to keep your name confidential
3. Send a fax with all the information, address, and make sure the fax # does not apear. Do it weekly until you get someones atention. You can also use your siblings as tellers so that it does not go back to you.
4. Start with your local labor relations board. You can find out who to contact on the city or state government official website.
5. If the only problem is not having the poster on the wall, I would let it go. If there are unsafe conditions, you can report it to OSHA anonymously.
6. You can file a complaint with federal OSHA at the first reference. You can fax the closest state office at the numbers given in the second reference. If you fax, go to a place like Kinkos or an Office Supply store so you can remain totally anonymous.
