OSHA standards for large format solvent printers in the workplace?

I work for a company that uses a large format solvent based ink printer. This company has been in business for at least 2 years and has never had any type of ventilation. The room seems small for the large printer and an air filtration units' filter, currently in place, has not been changed for over 6 months. These types of printers produce large amounts of toxic fumes. What kind of fines could this company be facing if they are not up to OSHA's air quality standards?
