How hard is it to reschedule a meeting with OSHA?

I have a meeting with OSHA today to give a sworn statement, but I feel uncomfortable and unprepared to do so because last week my attorney was too busy to go over my documentation w/ me. What should I do? Go anyway?

1. I would try to reschedule if you are not prepared. It really depends on the reason for the meeting. Talk to your lawyer and then OSHA. If this is part of a criminal investigation, trying to reschedule may just send them to the courthouse for a subpoena.
