What does OSHA say about powered industrial trucks and operating safety?
I am wondering if OSHA states if there is an operating limit for a powered industrial truck safely? I know someone who works in a warehouse and the hours are insane. As in he goes in at 12am and doesn't get off until 4 or 5am. If someone could give me a link or if someone knows I would greatly appreciate it. I meant 12pm (noon) to 4 or 5 am.

- OSHA would not have any limits other than work shift standards. So a 4-5 shift is not a problem. Some people do 8-10 hours shifts. Are you sure you didn't mean 12pm (noon) which would be a very long shift.and would need evaluation. There is no hard and fast number and people do work double shifts.
