If the Government shouldn't tell businesses what to do (ei. No Discrimination) does that mean that...?
We shouldn't have OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration) or Child Labor Laws?

- In my libertarian utopia. Yes. Unless the states want to pass those laws.
- Government not telling business what to do is not about discrimination.
- according to the libertarian view, yes, they would say we dont need those
- Great point and if that Tea Party value is true why can I not (I never would, this is for sake of example) put up a sign and say, NO WOMEN or NO JEWISH PEOPLE or NO WHITES or NO BLACKS or discriminate any way I wanted I could deprive people I did not like from my service. That would be hate.
- Not at a federal level, no. No federal fire department keeps my town safe, for example.
- You're right, we need to fire all the babysitters in this country because that is a clear violation of Child Labor Laws. We need to setup a gov't run babysitting center! It's clearly applicable via the "General Welfare" clause of the Preamble!
- And the government shouldn't enforce homicide laws. I mean if you don't want to get killed just buy a big gun and shoot anyone who looks at you.
- Lets say you need a worker, 2 people apply for the job. One is dressed nice walks at a crisp pace and talks well. The other has his pants around his knees, drags his feet and mumbles, who would you hire? I would hire the well dressed one, I don't care what race he is.
