OSHA Regulations on having a vice for a drill press?
Can anyone give me a link to OSHA's website indicating the rules and regulations for a vice sitting on a drill press. I know it has to be fixed when using the vice on the press, but does it need to be clamped down when not using the press?

- First, OSHA is a joke. They only do anything once someone has been killed, or if doing an inspection (which is rare). If a tool is not being used, there are no rules to follow. You cannot get hurt while not using it, unless you are very clumbsy and fall into it.
