What advantage is the osha 30 hour safety course over the 10 hour?

Will everyone in the construction sector eventually have to take the 30 hour safety course, How many years long does the cert. last for.

1. The 30 hour construction card is good for the rest of your life. You will learn more about trenching, ladder, scaffolding PPE ext.. than you will with the 10 hour. PLUS it looks better on a resume. And yes, many states are making construction workers and supervisors take the 10 hour. I have mine and was easy to pass.
