Can Occupational health get information from my GP without my consent?

Hi, I am working for the NHS. Can occupational health get information from my GP file without my consent?

1. No, it is illegal. Even if they gained information internally it would be illegal. PS your doctor and the practices staff will all have been made aware that it is illegal for them to pass on any information.

3. No - pure and simple. You need to fill in a consent form which your employer will send to your GP
