Are online CPR classes and certifications recognized by OSHA and do you have any recommandations?

I'm wanting to get certified in CPR and First Aid but I'm way to buisy to go sit through the class. I've already had the class in the past but my certification has expired. Just curiouse if anyone knows anything about this and if you have any recommendations. Thanks!

The American Heart Association has an online class that you can take, and then go in for a skills check. http://www.americanheart.org/presenter.jhtml?identifier=3019553 There is also a CPR Anytime Product that you can take the class in your own home, it comes with a DVD and small manikin http://www.americanheart.org/presenter.jhtml?identifier=3033740 CPR and First Aid need to be learned correctly. Not something you want to take shortcuts on.
