Is there a OSHA regulation for employers requiring outdoor work during lightning activity.?

I quit disbursing LP Gas when it started to lightning. I was told that the company does not have any policies that suspends outdoor activities during lightning activity. I can not find any clear regulations to defend my postion that it sould not be done. By the way, the LPG storage tank is the highest thing in the parking lot. This is a rental company.

1. there's OSHA regulations for EVERYTHING! Look into Hazmat handling regulations & see about workers rights under (a) exposure to the elements (b) hazardous conditions.
