  3. Also depends on which state you live in. Some states have the department of human services or other agencies cover ionizing radiation issues, even when OSHA has an ionizing radiation standard. It also depends of it's an ionizing radiation issue, or some other issue that you're interested in. Division 1 and 2 apply to your line of work (general industry).
