1. There should be a bulletin board in your warehouse with a whole bunch of posters listing a whole lot of rules. There should be a safety policy at your company and a safety manual. Contact your state OSHA office for more information and to report violations of the law, including the failure to post information.
2. Your question is too broad.... every state has their own "osha" branch, with their own standards. Yes, many are the same across the country, but not all are. Also, what the warehouse is storing will affect regulations. What are they using to move material, what kind of material... all of this comes into play. I suggest you contact your state office.
