Help with osha regulations/standards?

I need help finding some osha regulations. It's over the Hazmat Section. If anybody could help me locate where some of these Standards are it would help me tremendously. 1. Containers used to transfer flammable liquids are not bonded to the dispensing drum. 2. 150 gallons of Class 1 liquid stored in a flammable liquid storage cabinet. I need to know where to locate these by the standard number. Example: 1910.106(g)(1)(i)(a). Thank you!!!

1. 1910.106(f)(3)(iv)(b) Protection as required in (a) of this subdivision (iv) shall consist of a metallic bond wire permanently electrically connected to the fill stem or to some part of the rack structure in electrical contact with the fill stem. The free end of such wire shall be provided with a clamp or equivalent device for convenient attachment to some metallic part in electrical contact with the cargo tank of the tank vehicle. and 1910.106(g)(1)(i)(a) Liquids shall be stored in approved closed containers not exceeding 60 gallons capacity, in tanks located underground, in tanks in special enclosures as described in paragraph (g)(i) of this section, or in aboveground tanks as provided for in paragraphs (g)(4)(ii), (b), (c) and (d) of this section.
