What is the name of the song used in the ad campaign from WorkCover New South Wales, titled "Homecomings"? WorkCover NSW commenced a compelling awareness campaign on 27 January 2007 focusing on the broader impact that a workplace injuries can have on home and family. Titled 'Homecomings' the campaign, brings home the message about the importance of staying safe at work in order to return home to your family safely. The campaign’s theme, workplace safety doesn’t just affect you at work – it affects your whole family, emphasises the importance of placing a high value on safety, in a personal way. The campaign and concept was originated by WorkSafe Victoria and adapted for WorkCover NSW, following the successful impact of the Victorian campaign, which ran in 2006. It is an example of the States working together to harmonise key areas of occupational health and safety and workers compensation. The campaign’s message is an important one for the whole community as workplace injuries bear a heavy social and financial cost. In 2004/05 there were 125 work related fatalities in NSW were 50,000 serious injuries (they are injuries with more than 5 days off work) and over a billion dollars in costs. The campaign includes an advertising element which will air on television as well as radio, newspapers and buses in metropolitan, regional and ethnic media across NSW. There are many reasons for staying safe at work. One of the most important reasons is to ensure a safe return home to friends and family. Workplace injuries can affect employers, colleagues and the community. In a worst case scenario workplace incidents can cost lives. There are simple things people can do to help safety at work, such as reporting hazards and risks if you identify them, following safe work methods and cooperating with employers instructions.
I Need advice regarding Law? We are on the process of doing an undergraduate research regarding Hazard Pay. Well, our thesis proposal was already approved last semester (entitled status of health, Productivity and Hazard Pay among Radiologic Technologist) but our research adviser was changed (can't do pretty much about it) and so, everything we made from the start will need to undergo a complete overhaul. we need to change the title, our objective statement, the questionaire etc. Oh pls. could we just choose a different topic? Here's the question: What will happen if health workers won't be compensated with hazard pay? We can't relate health to hazard pay.. because being healthy or ill won't result to changes in hazard pay..well, Hazard pay will always be there coz it's a law Goddam Hell?! that's what our professor told us. Based on my little knowledge about law, RA 7305 & 8439 as well as any other Republic Acts isn’t a mandatory law among private institutions because they are under the Dept Of Labor and Employment? really? but why? Is it because private hospitals are businesses? This is unfair isn't it? Radtechs are exposed to harmful radiation whether you are in government or private hosp.! Ra 7305 applies to all PUBLIC HEALTH WORKERS in general..meaning everyone who works for the government hospitals, be it maintenance personnel. but I'm wondering does R.A. 8439 cover radiologic technology personnel as science and technology personnel? RA 8439 is ((“An Act providing a Magna Carta for scientists, engineers, researchers and other science and technology personnel in government”)--->see? i told you, just GOVERNMENT) Because it says "In section 7(C) of this act, it states that science and technologist personnel involved in hazardous undertakings or assigned in hazardous workplaces (radiation, x-rays)shall be paid hazard allowances ranging from ten to thirty percent of their monthly basic salary depending on the nature and extent of the hazard involved." What kind of Law is Republic Act anyway? is it Statutory? civil? The laws concerning our study are: R.A. No. 7305 also known as the “Magna Carta for Public Health Workers was passed and approved where it mandates all government hospitals and other health related institutions to pay hazard allowance to all public health workers in general. At present, aside from hazard allowance cited in R.A. 7305, there is a law mandating institutions to pay an additional Radiation Hazard pay for radiation exposed workers since being a radiologic technologist exposes them to radiation, an another occupational hazard, while other health workers isn’t. The pay amounts to 10-30% of their monthly basic salary depending on the nature and extent of hazard involved is given to radiologic technologist. The other one is RA 8439 already stated above

Bad dentistry, no infection control, Who do I call? I am a dental assistant in Tennessee and started working for my current office/dentist in May. My problems with this dentist/office.... No infection control. No protective barriers on light handles, chairs, handpieces ect. Handpieces are NEVER sterilized or covered during treatment. We are to just spray and wipe them off. The air water syringe is NEVER sterilized just sprayed and wiped off. Dentist does not wash his hands..he does not even have sinks in the operatories. He even leaves room with gloves on and comes back with same gloves. I almost got sick when I seen him go into restroom with gloves on and came out with same gloves on and continue to work on adjusting patients partial and place it back into patients mouth. I have seen him crown the wrong tooth. I have seen him working on one tooth and hit the tooth next to it and not repair it. So patient comes back wondering why the tooth not worked on is suddenly sensitive and hurting. I have seen him do a filling on wrong tooth even extract wrong tooth. The list goes on and on of bad dentistry and lack of infection control. I have mentioned to dentist and office manager (his wife) about the lack of infection control and nothing was done. The dentist is almost 80 years and just does not care... and yes I said 80 that is not a typo. I take my own precautions.. I wear mask, gloves, safety goggles but I seriously am worried about cross contamination and our patients. So my questions are.. Who do I call to report this? OSHA seems to handle more occupational hazards for workers not patients. Would it be health department? If the right department does come, can the lack of sterilization be proven? Will they question employees privately? I know the bad dentistry could not be proven unless patient realized it and turned him in. If the proper authorities did come and shut him down, would his employees get unemployment? I am not a disgruntle employee, I am worried about the patients!! I have been looking for another job to get myself out of the situation but nothing out there right now. Which is the case for many people. Thank you for your time!

Benzene and Human Health Benzene is a clear, colorless and highly flammable aromatic liquid that evaporates quickly into the air, and can dissolve in water. It is formed from both natural processes and human activities; natural sources of benzene include volcanoes and forest fires. Benzene is present in crude oil, gasoline and cigarette smoke. It is industrially used as a solvent in paints and other chemicals and products such as dyes, detergents, nylon, plastics, drugs and pesticides. Benzene is widely used in the United States; it ranks in the top twenty chemicals for production volume and makes up about one percent of every gallon of gasoline. Are there health hazards to benzene exposure, i.e. can benzene cause cancer? The International Agency for Research on Cancer (IARC) has determined that benzene is a human carcinogen, and can cause various forms of cancer from prolonged exposure. According to the IARC, benzene is often considered “the mother of all carcinogens,” as a large number of carcinogens have structures that include benzene rings. Occupational studies of workers exposed to high levels of benzene show association with leukemia cancer; including acute myelogenous leukemia, acute lymphocytic leukemia, and chronic myelogenous leukemia. Benzene-related leukemias have been reported to develop in as short as nine months, and can remain dormant for as long as 25 years after initial exposure. Even a small amount of benzene exposure can cause temporary nervous system disorders, immune system depression and anemia. Short term affects include skin, eye, and respiratory tract irritation, headache, stomach irritation, drowsiness and dizziness. High levels of exposure can result in a rapid heart rate, excessive bleeding, tremors, vomiting, unconsciousness and death. Benzene can cause harmful effects on bone marrow, and can cause a decrease in red blood cells leading to myelofibrosis and myelodysplastic syndrome. How can I be exposed to benzene? Who is most likely to be at risk? Undoubtedly, the greatest risk for high level exposure to benzene is in the workplace. Occupational exposure to benzene is likely to occur in the rubber industry, oil refineries, chemical plants, and the shoe manufacturing industry, as well as in gasoline storage, shipment, and retail stations. However, most individuals are exposed to benzene through tobacco smoke, automobile exhaust and other environmental sources such as gasoline filling stations, industrial emissions, and food products that contain benzene naturally. Indoor exposure can result from glues, paints, furniture wax, adhesives and detergents. In addition, certain industries may release benzene into the surrounding air. These include ethyl benzene and styrene-production facilities, petroleum refineries, chemical manufacturing plants, and recovery plants for coke oven by-products. Leakage from underground storage tanks or from hazardous waste sites containing benzene can also result in the contamination of well water. Is benzene regulated by the U.S. government? Yes. Because of the dangerous health effects benzene exposure is known to cause, the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency now regulates benzene in the air and wate http://sfawbn.com/news/?p=1923 http://www.airport-data.com/airport/FL60/maps.html look at the map
is switching between night and day shifts bad for you? I've been working the night shift at a grocery store for about the last 6 months. The other week, my manager approached me about working days. Of course I accepted(I'm 20 years old and all my friends are out of school for summer, why would I keep working nights?)but I did so under the assumption that I'd be working strictly day shifts. Turns out my manager meant work day shifts 3 days a week, and work 2 night shifts a week. The result of this is me getting only 1 full day/night off each week without there being any overtime. I have a feeling this is pretty bad for my health and could potentially be considered an avoidable occupational hazard. Is it? If so, is there any legal way, other than finding a new job, that will force my manager to schedule me only for day shifts/night shifts?
Would it be wrong of me to take? I have a vicodin prescription from when I got my wisdom teeth out, it is prescribed to me. I've been having extreme back pain...occupational hazard. Should I take one or suffer? Can't be seen for it because I have no health insurance. I've been on it before. And I am well aware of the risks... I am going to be a cop, I won't be getting addicted to pain killers. I'm only a volunteer...
Should doctors and nurses be given preferential treatment if swine flu takes hold? http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/health/8163459.stm ^ Inspired from this thought-provoking BBC article. Should they simply accept the risks as an occupational hazard, or should they be given preferential treatment over more needy and severely afflicted patients? (E.g. if intensive care units are overrun, tough decisions will need to be made about who can drafted into them, and for how long). I think both doctors and nurses should receive preferential treatment. As the article suggests, it reduces absenteeism, increases morale, and supports the backbone of first-line clinical defense. My views are fairly set on this. But what about other hospital staff? Where do you draw the line? And how would you react if you find out that a loved one is not receiving full treatment because a doctor or a nurse, less badly affected, was being treated in their stead as part of a preferential treatment initiative? ------- NOTE: I'm not trying to be alarmist or negative, but this type of scenario could happen. I'm interested in your views. EDIT: My disclaimer at the bottom of the question said that this is just a possible scenario. I'm not scaremongering. I'm more interested in your ethical opinions on this than whether it is likely to occur.
This concerns my career and personal life. I am tired and confused. Need honest and sensible advice pls.? I do disaster mgt. including emergency relief, search and rescue etc. Worked during riots, earthquakes, cyclones, flood etc. I luv my work; try to help people in distress. Receiving a smile or a hug from them is the best reward one can get. If and when I do get a chance to revist them, I am received with open arms -much more satisfying than being paid a million dollars. I do however get a good salary. But I'm exposed to dangerous situations - been face to face with death already. I have to be exposed to dangerous situations for prolonged period. This has lately affected my health. I also have a truncated social life; few friends, no girls wanna come close. ! But I luv my work - the challenges, thrills & satisfaction of work well done. This is driving me crazy. Should I change job or prepare myself for the occupational hazard and dedicate my life to work? I'm otherwise a cool guy who can "think" during crisis time. Tell me how can I keep doing my work and have a decent social life?
To everyone who knows Lisa Cristia. Why didn't she just quit her job? This is Lisa Cristia's statement Hi, my name is Lisa Cristia and I live in Chicago. I’m grateful for the opportunity to tell you my story and let you know that secondhand smoke isn’t just a petty annoyance. It’s killing people and causing incredible pain. Here’s my story. For the first 10 years of my adult life, right after high school, I worked in six different bars and restaurants…as a server, a waitress, a coat check and a bartender. My health problems first developed in my late-20s when I started to develop chronic respiratory difficulties that caused me to regularly miss work. In my early 30’s, I was diagnosed with stage 3 tongue and throat cancer. My doctor called it “smoker’s cancer” with one key exception: I didn’t smoke. To make a long and painful story short, I had nearly half of my tongue removed, 23 lymph nodes taken out of my neck, and a tracheotomy. Doctors rebuilt my tongue using skin from my leg. To survive, I had to relearn how to speak, how to breathe, how to eat, and how to cope. I was on morphine for 4 months just to ease the pain. Not only did I have to overcome addictions to the drug, I had to declare bankruptcy – just last month – because I couldn’t pay the bills. And I had insurance – I just couldn’t keep up with them while I was undergoing treatment. Today, it’s not easy for me to talk. I really can’t taste food or chew well, and the left side of my face is numb. You can see that this huge scar extends from my ear to my chin. People often look at me wondering what happened to me. Who brutalized me. Senator Jones and other members of the Executive Committee, I’m a victim of secondhand smoke. I am a victim of the occupational hazard of the dangers of working in the hospitality industry. And I’m here today representing the many people who you can’t see. Just to underscore a point I made earlier – I’ve never smoked in my life…at least my own cigarettes. For years I inhaled secondhand smoke from everyone else’s cigarettes. Thankfully, I’m alive to tell my story. I’m here because I don’t want others to have to deal with this pain. It’s why I spoke up when I heard about this bill. For the record, I’d like to submit this letter from my doctor that validates my condition. I encourage you to do the right thing and to go the distance in getting this law passed. Let’s stop the pain and suffering. Thank you. Why didn't she just quit her job?
OWS, do you wonder how the real world sees you, does it matter? by Marybeth Hicks. Call it an occupational hazard, but I can't look at the Occupy Wall Street protesters without thinking, "Who parented these people?" As a culture columnist, I've commented on the social and political ramifications of the "movement" - now known as "OWS" - whose fairyland agenda can be summarized by one of their placards: "Everything for everybody." Thanks to their pipe-dream platform, it's clear there are people with serious designs on "transformational" change in America who are using the protesters like bedsprings in a brothel. Yet it's not my role as a commentator that prompts my parenting question, but rather the fact that I'm the mother of four teens and young adults. There are some crucial life lessons that the protesters' moms clearly have not passed along. Here, then, are five things the OWS protesters' mothers should have taught their children but obviously didn't, so I will: * Life isn't fair. The concept of justice - that everyone should be treated fairly - is a worthy and worthwhile moral imperative on which our nation was founded. But justice and economic equality are not the same. Or, as Mick Jagger said, "You can't always get what you want." No matter how you try to "level the playing field," some people have better luck, skills, talents or connections that land them in better places. Some seem to have all the advantages in life but squander them, others play the modest hand they're dealt and make up the difference in hard work and perseverance, and some find jobs on Wall Street and eventually buy houses in the Hamptons . Is it fair? Stupid question. * Nothing is "free." Protesting with signs that seek "free" college degrees and "free" health care make you look like idiots, because colleges and hospitals don't operate on rainbows and sunshine. There is no magic money machine to tap for your meandering educational careers and "slow paths" to adulthood, and the 53 percent of taxpaying Americans owe you neither a degree nor an annual physical. While I'm pointing out this obvious fact, here are a few other things that are not free: overtime for police officers and municipal workers, trash hauling, repairs to fixtures and property, condoms, Band-Aids and the food that inexplicably appears on the tables in your makeshift protest kitchens. Real people with real dollars are underwriting your civic temper tantrum. * Your word is your bond. When you demonstrate to eliminate student loan debt, you are advocating precisely the lack of integrity you decry in others. Loans are made based on solemn promises to repay them. No one forces you to borrow money; you are free to choose educational pursuits that don't require loans, or to seek technical or vocational training that allows you to support yourself and your ongoing educational goals. Also, for the record, being a college student is not a state of victimization. It's a privilege that billions of young people around the globe would die for - literally. * A protest is not a party. On Saturday in New York , while making a mad dash from my cab to the door of my hotel to avoid you, I saw what isn't evident in the newsreel footage of your demonstrations: Most of you are doing this only for attention and fun. Serious people in a sober pursuit of social and political change don't dance jigs down Sixth Avenue like attendees of a Renaissance festival. You look foolish, you smell gross, you are clearly high and you don't seem to realize that all around you are people who deem you irrelevant. * There are reasons you haven't found jobs. The truth? Your tattooed necks, gauged ears, facial piercings and dirty dreadlocks are off-putting. Nonconformity for the sake of nonconformity isn't a virtue. Occupy reality: Only 4 percent of college graduates are out of work. If you are among that 4 percent, find a mirror and face the problem. It's not them. It's you.
According to a Wall Street Journal estimate, only about 12 cents of every dollar will actually go to ,,,? something that can plausibly be considered a growth stimulus." -- $100 million for the Lead-Based Paint Hazard Control Grant Program -- $200 million to the Leaking Underground Storage Tank Trust Fund Program -- $300 million for "Violence Against Women Prevention and Prosecution Programs" -- $900 million for the IRS for the "Limitation on Administrative Expenses" -- $1 million for the Railroad Retirement Board for administrative costs -- $2 billion for the Drinking Water State Revolving Act -- $50 million for Health and Human Services to carry out injury prevention programs -- $1.1 billion for studies on the effectiveness of different medical treatments -- $200 million to upgrade labs and facilities for the Department of Agriculture "to improve workplace safety and mission-area efficiencies" -- $10 million for urban canal inspection -- $16 billion to pay for student financial aid -- $1 billion to pay for the U.S. Census -- $600 million to pay for a fuel-efficient federal auto fleet -- $650 million for the Digital Converter Box Program to help the constantly delayed transition from analog television -- $485 million to the Forest Service for "hazardous fuels reduction and hazard mitigation activities in areas at high risk of catastrophic wildfire" -- Up to $1 billion for "summer activities" for youths as old as 24 -- $40 million for the occupational research agenda -- $3 billion for the Centers for Disease Control wellness programs and vaccinations -- $410 million for Indian health facilities -- $2.4 billion for carbon-capture demonstrations Do we think that this is a responsible use of our non-existant tax dollars? Who to chose an attorney for Wrongful Termination? LEGAL DISCLOSURE You do NOT have to agree or accept any or all on this site or the blogs Dedication Samuel Moore Walton "Mr Sam, Helen Robson Walton "Mrs Walton, and James Lawrence Walton "Bud" , and Thomas M Coughlin, a protoge of Mr Sam, even though he did some wrong nevetheless, but lost because of the Code of Silence and the fear that all associates have of the powerful Legal Division of Wal Mart Stores, Inc. The FBI's Cyber Division knows the password of this site and CAN deliberately DELETE it, accidentally leak it or sell it. There are still FBI Agents that will defend and uphold the US Constitution even if it means questioning their orders and superiors. I respect them as I have met some, but I am glad that I never asked for their names. =+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+= Wrongful Termination with possible illegal implications at Sam's Club 6625 at San Fernando California 91340 William Gregory Lang or Bill Lang wants to transfer to a Sam's Club in Colorado as soon as possible. Mr Lang used to be trusted by Max Rafael Waller who made the mistake of telling him everything before the Termination on Monday, 23 April 2007. Mr Lang is a decent and the Waller Family will pray for everyone that is against Max Rafael Waller Team Lead Ambrosio Galvan also knows a lot of dirty secrets at Sam's Club 6625, but is nervous about losing his job if he sides with Max Rafael Waller Sam's Club PD-57 was NOT adhere to by Club Manager Fidel Jacobo and Membership Manager Esperanza Lopez. No documentation of any complaints and the San Fernando Police Department or the Los Angeles Police Department ever showed for a "Work Place Violence." Please show proof since one complaint and one video tape does NOT establish workplace violence. Neither Mr Jacobo or Ms Lopez wanted to sign the papers of any meeting between two managers and Max Rafael Waller for Legal Documentation. No meetings to address any potentail problems at the Tire and Battery Center were brought up by the Team Lead or Management. The Waller Family will pray for everyone that is against Max Rafael Waller formerly Assoc ID 0035 and Operator 007 proudly serving since Tuesday, 13 November 1990 - Monday, 23 April 2007 and only needed about nine years to do a minimal of twenty-five years to retire from Wal Mart Stores, Inc. He was one hundred percent vested in Profit Sharing and had a one month vacation allocated per year. No meetings to address any potentail problems at the Tire and Battery Center were brought up by the Team Lead or Management. As of Monday, 9 April 2007, the people of the Tire Shop are playing pranks and making it appear as if Max Rafael Waller is becoming forgetful such as the misplacement of tools and personal safety gear. The suspects are Erick Miron and Mark Castro. Esperanza Lopez was told and never had a meeting to discuss the topics brought to her attention by Max Rafael Waller. Manager Esperanza Lopez was asked to verify this by reviewing the Surveillance video tapes and the request was not honored. Esperanza Lopez, Memebership Manager, was told about the pranks about two weeks ago but no meeting to difuse or address serious matters was conducted. Miguel P Herrera might had spread misinformation but is only a suspect. =+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+=+= HOW IT ALL BEGAN Sam's Club 6625 12920 Foothill Blvd San Fernando California 91340 Phone:1-818-365-7710 Fax:1-818-365-0690 December 2006 Mehmet Ekinci {A Hatchet Man and sent to "clean House" is no longer there but in Fresno according to Mr Jason Fastner} said that he was replacing everyone in the tire shop or its proper title: Tire and Battery Center according to Jeff Lopez{no longer work there} and Mark Castro{has recanted}and Bill Lang heard indirectly but will deny it. Max Rafael Waller studied all of Wal-Mart policies and found that if that his remark {INTIMIDATION} could be verified then he would get a coaching for making such a remark. The others are scared to tell the truth. Sam's Club 6625 Fidel Jacobo has POSSIBLY EVERYBODY at Sam's Club gathering information given out by Max Rafael Waller and will reward them by promotion and/or a payraise along with illegal surveillance that GROSSLY violates Global Ethics Compliance that Wal-Mart Stores, Inc claims to uphold. They will say they are understaff and this is baseless. Fidel Jacobo might be spreading misinformation through the tire shop boss, Bill Lang. Fidel Jacobo has received a lot of Anti-Union training Bill told Max if the associates do not follow rules let that be the problem of management. Bill Lang is a Team Lead and so he is required to enforce all rules even IF he disagrees. Los Angeles Times C2 Thursday, April 5, 2007 in the Business Section the title is Wal-Mart defend its monitoring If it is proven then it is a gross violoation of the Global Ethics that Wal Mart Stores, Inc agreed to comply when they signed it around 2003 Will Wal Mart Stores, Inc allow inspection of all internal complaints that have violated Global Ethics or stonewall like the White House and the Valerie Plame situation ? The secret for Wal-Mart not getting caught of Fear and intimidation is simple: a lot of unwritten rules so there is no evidence. A lot of non-managers associates will respond by saying they see or know nothing of improper treatment. They will also have selective memory. The Legal Division of Wal-Mart Stores, Inc is preparing countercharges and some will be Invasion of Privacy, Defamation of Character, Character Assassination, Destroying Reputation, Intent , Injurious to morale , etcetera, but the biggest will be that this site is ONLY generalizations and especially baseless with no legally verifiable facts. Will the Legal Division have legitimate countercharges ? Yes, but I chose no to type all them and have them ready for a lawyer for effective defense and so it is their problem to figure them out. Duress and Graymail may be part of the defense of Max Rafael Waller along with the usual Freedom of Exprssion afforded by the US Constitution Graymail can be used against US Federal Government and possibly local Law Enforcement. Will Wal-Mart succeed in having Max Rafael Waller discredited by a Psychological Evaluation thereby stigmatizing him as a man with grands delusions ? Is Samuel Robson Walton of Wal-Mart Stores, Inc part of this ? Ensuring that legal cases proving that the rules to ensure to easy terminate people are not made aware? Wal-Mart Stores, Inc has a persistent Legal Divsion that rivals the US Federal Government and has many victories on its belt. It can be verified just ask the New York Times for confirmation. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The Disingenuous and Duplicitous Legal Division of Wal-Mart Stores, Inc To give the Appearance that Max Rafael Waller is causing great harm to Wal-Mart Stores, Inc and Sam's Club they have labeled Interview Questions and "Privileged & Confidential" and the Sam's Club University title is More Than A Gut Feeling Participant's Guide A list of interview questions should be deemed Innocuous that is not be Injurious to Wal-Mart Stores, Inc and Sam's Club. The so called witnesses are Mr. Fastener and Mr. Lang of Sam's Club 6625. They are so desperate that they will act as like the Valerie Plame case. A print out of this document conveniently did not have a date nor time printed as to give an appearance that is so sensitive. Wal-Mart Stores, Inc WILL improve and better their ways of operating, but it will NOT be easy. They are NOT as horrible as people claim. There is an old saying have friend close to you, BUT have your enemies even closer. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Sam's Club 6625 are doing this tactic as of Wednesday, 4 April 2007 and some members as well. One African-American tried to talk about the union, but Max's reply "You started inserting the talk about the union and so you want to find out what is going on in my head. You wearing clothes so raggedy that your testicles are showing. If you were FBI you would be in trouble for indecent exposure." He left. TACTICS USED BY SAM'S CLUB 6625 / WAL MART STORES, INC Others Associates and one Caucasian-American named Jarrod tried to be his friend. Jarrod in the past ignore him while his friend that came along with him came from another Sam's Club and they enjoy Good Cop and Bad Cop. When enough approaches to friendship have been ignored Sam's Club 6625 will say "Hey everyone tried to befriend Max, but he sent them all away and this shows that he lacks social skills or has some problems and he will not allow us to help in whatever way we can" Can you say Hyena and Benedict Arnold Wal-Mart are excellent at discrediting people through what they have done in over 10 years. They shed Crocodile tears for associates with the courage of not being intimidated. ANOTHER TACTIC OF SAM'S CLUB 6625 / WAL MART STORES, INC Wal-Mart Stores, Inc will protect their Public Relations and Image AT ANY COST INCLUDING MAKING A PACT Loyal Customers, "grateful" associates, and their vendors and suppliers. INTIAL ATTEMPT TO DISCREDIT WITH A PSYCHOLOGICAL EVALUATION A possible misdiagnosis and initial attempt to discredit through a Psychological Evaluation by Scott Wang MD from Providence Holy Cross Medical Center 15301 Rinaldi St Mission Hills CA 91345 Telephone: 1-818-365-8051 Dr Scott Wang's name could not be found at their website http://www.providence.org/losangeles/facilities/providence_holy_cross/default.htmand he is the one who possibly suggested a Psychiatric Evaluation so a result to Wal-Mart's desire could be used to start discrediting Max Rafael Waller An old white man with a Kaiser Permanente badge and from a Psychiatric Evaluation team from Kaiser never left a business card or a phone number for communication. He looked like an actor from Law and Order portraying a Psychiatrist and impersonation IS illegal and punishable by law. On Sunday, 1 April 2007 Dr Paul R Hladon Kaiser Permanente 13652 Cantara St Panorama City CA 91402 Telephone: 1-818-375-2377 Dr Paul R Hladon reluctantly gave Max two prescriptions: Azithromycin 250MG {Take two tablets daily for seven days} and Ciprofloxacin HCL 500MG{Take one tablet orally two times a day for fourteen days} Only two X-Rays and no blood test done, so how did Dr Hladon know what to prescribe ? He took the medicine and instructions as given. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The FBI are also exploiting fear and they have the BSU as their asset. Bill Lang has casually spoken about death and intimidation about how Max will get fired with one more coaching which comes from the FBI and Wal-Mart's Homeoffice in Bentonville Arkansas 72716. Possible causes Max Rafael Waller's fear of possibly dying. Around Wednesday, 21 March 2007 he dragged the rotting carcass of a dog so children would not touch it. It was in front on the Pepsi Bottling Plant in San Fernando California 91340 and its entrance is on Dronfield Ave. He MIGHT have breathed some Bacteria, Germs or other Biological Agents and maybe some Botulism. Also Desiccating{drying} Bacteria. Esther Topete was watering the front lawn at 11261 Sproule Ave, Pacoima California 91331 and was scared. Max picked up a headless Squirrel that had a foul stench and maggots and placed in the garbage bin. Psychiatric Evaluation(S) is a legal tool to discredit a critic so if they can find that a individual(s) has mental problems or unable to cope with life's problem the discrediting tactic will work. A stigma of mental problem is almost impossible to overcome. Being labeled with poor mental health has been used to successfully discredit a critic. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- ACTIVITIES BY THE FBI Group Stalking will be denied resulting with the accusser(s) being prejudged or viewed as someone with Visual Hallucinations, additionally, Electromagnetic Harassment or Electromagnetic Pulses will be denied resulting with the accusser(s)being prejudged or viewed as someone with Auditory Hallucinations. Both can be used when someone is driving or walking but when someone is trying to sleep the Electromagnetic Harassment will be used to disrupt sleep and with lack of sleep people's behavior is altered significantly and people end up with the impressions that they cannot handle stress. Electromagnetic Harassment is used to break the will of people who dare to dissent. The FBI has a complete profile of Max Rafael Waller and two weak areas are Anger and Anxiety, so they will create a situation that will end with him having a Fatal Heart Attack and/or Fatal Stroke. The FBI will to DO Sleep Deprivation/disruption AGAINST MAX RAFAEL WALLER. The collaborators of US Law Enforcement are the neighbors around Sproule Ave and Pierce St area Will the FBI be creative and imaginative with this information along with the profile to discredit Max Rafael Waller ? The neighbors around the corner of Sproule Ave and Pierce St in Pacoima California 91331 are collaborating by playing a lot of bass on their speakers and technically their noise is considered Electro-Magnetic Pulses, EMP, since the speakers have magnets energized or powered by electricity. This is why it is vital for them to have people found to be mentally unstable by the legal use of Psychological Evaluation. The FBI will discredit Max Rafael Waller by ALL NECESSARY MEANS as they other Americans like a serial killer Biological and Psychological war along with Electronic from their world famous Behavioral Science Unit or BSU The FBI might HAVE an unofficial pact with Organized Crime and they have been intercepting phone calls and ended phone calls with the help of Time-Warner Cable US Law Enforcement have all of the Internet activities and had yet to find any evidence to charge someone of potentially being an Internet Predator and Pedophile. Sadly the owners of the house at 11261 Sproule Ave, Pacoima CA 91331 are family members and do NOT want to get involved. Su much for family unity. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Surveillance, Psychotronics and (Gang)Stalking Operations The Xiandos web site is http://xiandos.info/Surveillance,_Psychotronics_and_(Gang-)Stalking_Operations -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The FBI will cite National Security and not allow the reviews of any US Federal Black Operations. im doing a speech on why the FDA should regulate personal care prouducts and i need more information help!?!? so this is wht i have so far: Do you think that major businesses would avoid putting there customers in dangers way, when they would make lots of money even by doing so? I don’t! For example, just look at are tobacco companies. Every year many people die from using there products. Yet they continue to sell and produce there products because there making millions from it. Did you know that your cosmetics and personal care products aren’t even regulated by the FDA before they are sold to you? The National Institute of Occupational Safety and Health discovered that 884 out of the 2,983 chemicals available to be used in cosmetics alone have been reported as toxic substances to the government. If the FDA doesn’t start regulating these products then just think about it that’s millions of people everyday that are putting themselves in danger of serious harmful conditions. There are statistics and sceneries that prove that cosmetics are a danger to the pubic. And proof that the FDA dose not regulate cosmetics nor do they make very many efforts to warn you or the dangers. One of the main reasons the FDA should regulate personal care products is the FDA website directly quotes that: “Cosmetic products and ingredients are not subject to pre market approval authority, with exception of color additives. However, FDA may pursue enforcement action against violative products or against firms or individuals who violate the law.” The FDA also states that: “Cosmetic firms are responsible for sustaining the safety of their products and ingredients before marketing failure to adequately substantiate the safety of a cosmetic product or its ingredients prior to marketing causes the product to misbranded unless the following warning statement appears conspicuously on the principal display panel of the products label: warning –the safety of this product has not been determined.” Their for because the FDA dose not regulate cosmetics and other personal care products just by using the products you are putting yourself in danger of cancer, genetic damage, and other serious conditions. Cosmetics include: baby powder, bubble bath, toothpaste, deodorants, shaving cream, hair tonics, hairsprays, colognes, sun tan lotions, mouth washes, baby shampoo, hand lotions, shampoo, conditioner, hair dyes, moisturizing cream, and many other products. Americans think these products are safe. But this confidence is too unjustified. Our public wants and demands higher standards of protection. This protection has been established for drugs, medical devices, and food additives but not for cosmetics. The Cosmetic industries want people to believe that no effective regulation of cosmetics is necessary at state or federal level. The FDA doesn’t even do much, to protect or warn women when it comes to the danger of using femine hygiene products. Not only have that but the legislation prohibited states from taking action as well. Cosmetics are under-regulated and too often hazardous. Here are just a couple examples of people that found this out the hard way: A 59 year old woman almost died from a allergic reaction she had to hair dye. Another woman of age47 had her cornea destroyed by a mascara wand. A 6 year old girl and her mother used air product that resulted in second degree burns on her ears and neck! As result of using a inflammable hair treatmfgbfgytjjjyjyjtjhhnnnhjnjhjjjmmmmjkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkk……..zzs very scarred. Other examples of injures that cosmetics can result in are: pain and tissue damage, sores, eye infection, cancer, blindness, eye problems such as; rash, redness, swelling, and inflammation. And the list goes on and on. For every one million cosmetics products purchased there are 200 more visits to a doctor to treat cosmetic-caused illnesses. A study for consumer product safety commission in 1987 found that in 1 year alone, cosmetic products result in 47,000 emergency room visits.
